What do I get?
Professionally Organized Vendor Shows: Benefit from expertly guided vendor shows, meticulously organized to ensure a seamless experience.
Experienced Leadership: Our events are managed by Nikki, a seasoned professional who has been running online events since 2020, alongside Sharon, her dedicated assistant who has been contributing since 2022.
Exclusive Access to Our Vendors Social Circle: Gain entry to our monthly online Social Circle, where you can receive coaching, ask questions, and network with past, present, and upcoming vendors.
Exclusive Representation: You will be the sole representative from your company at the event. For instance, if you are an Independent GelMoment Consultant, you will be the only Independent GelMoment Consultant participating in the event.
What is expected?
+There is a $25 non refundable fee
+Every vendor is required to do one giveaway of their choosing.
+ Each vendor will have an assigned party day with one other vendor. 2 vendors will be featured per day. + an intro post pre-party and thank you post party + winners post. Vendors also get two optional engagement post opportunities.
+ 5 accepted invites. Then you will get admin access to schedule out post.
+ With admin you get 15 posts + 1 optional live on your party day. Without admin you get 8 posts and no live.
+ Vendors are required to participate with 15 comments per event day.

How is the event laid out?
The event spans two weeks, organized as follows:
Pre-Party (Monday Evening to Thursday Evening):
🎉 Kick off the event with a pre-party. Each vendor will post an introductory message that will be pinned to the featured spot, making it easy for shoppers to find later.
Main Event (Friday to the Following Friday):
🥳 The main event runs for 8 days with two vendors spotlighted each day. This is your party day! Each vendor gets 15 posts and the option to go live once.
Event Wrap-Up (Weekend to Monday):
🎁 Over the weekend, we begin wrapping up the event. Each vendor receives a thank-you post. On Monday, vendors announce their winners and the grand prize winners are revealed.
🤩 The cycle starts anew Monday night with new vendors.
Throughout the event, there is ample engagement. Vendors can also post optional pre-party and post-event engagement messages to further interact with participants.

I provide ONE complimentary event "post-audit" to all my vendors, offering valuable insights to optimize your events. Send me a DM message if you would like to get this scheduled.
After the initial audit, subsequent sessions are available for just $25.
